Terms of service (public offer)

1. General provisions

This document is an offer from VietnamPRO.Travel (the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for organizing excursions, tours and transfers in Vietnam on the terms set out below. The offer is accepted by sending a request on vietnampro.travel, in the Telegram bot or a messenger, and paying the deposit.

2. Services

The Provider organizes excursions and tours (Nha Trang, Dalat, Phu Quoc) and transfers as described in the program on the website: route, duration and what is included in the price. The exact program, date, time and meeting point are agreed with a manager and recorded in the booking confirmation.

3. Booking

A request on the website is a booking request, not an automatic confirmation. A manager contacts the client, clarifies the details and confirms the booking. The booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and finally confirmed by a manager when booking. It may depend on the number of guests, the chosen program option and the dates.
A deposit of 30% of the price is paid to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount is paid to the guide in cash on the day of the tour, or by another agreed method.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the tour is free, and the deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, or a no-show — the deposit is not refunded.
The date can be changed by agreement with a manager, subject to availability.
If the Provider cancels the tour, including because of the weather or decisions of the authorities, the client is offered another date or a full refund of the deposit.

6. Obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to run the program in line with the confirmed booking. The client undertakes to arrive at the meeting point on time, follow safety rules and the guide's instructions, and report any medical restrictions relevant to the program.

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for force majeure or for program changes caused by weather, decisions of the authorities or actions of third parties beyond the Provider's control. In such cases the parties act under section 5.

8. Personal data

By sending a request, the client gives consent to the processing of personal data. How data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.
