By sending a request or booking on vietnampro.travel, in the Telegram bot or a messenger, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give VietnamPRO.Travel (the “Operator”) consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
Name, phone number, email address, messenger username, hotel name and room number, travel dates, number and age of participants (including children's height if needed for the rate), wishes for the program, and technical data: IP address, cookies, information about the browser and actions on the website.
Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to the service providers to the extent needed to deliver the service, anonymization, blocking and deletion — with and without automated means.
The services are delivered in Vietnam, so the data is transferred to providers in Vietnam. The data is stored on servers located outside the Russian Federation.
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the date of the last contact. I can withdraw the consent at any time by writing to the Operator on Telegram @VietnamPROTravel or WhatsApp +84 392 015 667. After withdrawal the data is deleted, except where it must be kept for settlements for a service already provided.
